Nivea Collections
I am certified sale addict, once I found an item for sale in the super market and I have money I grabbed it with and without thinking. The rambling thoughts on my mind -” I am not going to buy it I still have these stuff at home” while there’s another thoughts – If I am NOT going to buy it, itย is not going to be sale anymore plus it is just the same thing for sure I am going to buy when I am out of it so it is much better to buy now where I can save.”ย Well you’re guess is right as mine, the second thought always win.
So here’s my mini collection of Nivea Products here and I wonder when I am going to use them. I am thinking of sending the others home but it weighs too much in the box, plus I still had the big box here I wonder too when could I send it home, yeah I wonder when I can save money for postal. Haha!
Actually Pookie bear is already annoyed seeing the box here in the apartment, well maybe I should wait until he is really annoyed and would tell me he will shoulder half of the expenses. Dunno if it is annoyance or pity (lol), but probably he might asked me to throw my junk rather than shoulder half of the expenses. Haha, just kidding!
Nivea is a global skin- and body-care brand, owned by the German company Beiersdorf. The company was founded on March 28 1882 by pharmacist Carl Paul Beiersdorf. In 1900, the new owner Oskar Troplowitz developed a water-in-oil emulsifier as a skin cream with Eucerit, the first stable emulsion of its kind. This was the basis for Eucerin and later, Nivea.ย Nivea comes from the Latin word niveus/nivea/niveum, meaning “snow-white“. – Wiki

Thanks Wena, I have followed you back as well. Keep dropping by ๐
Well, I often buy things in large amounts when they are on sale, because I know I will use them, and buying a lot saves me money. However, you mentioned something about sending them home and spending money on postage – so maybe buying a lot on sale is not actually saving you any money? You have to factor in everything. ๐
Thanks, you are right but I just cannot resist the word SALE, whenever I went to supermarket alone. LOL!
LOL That’s not good.
You know, sometimes the stores will write “sale” even when it isn’t. I was at the opening of a new grocery store recently. They’ve been hyped up as having the best prices, blah blah blah, and when we were there, people were filling shopping carts as though the stores would disappear.
Well, I looked at the prices and I told my husband – the prices are actually about the same as the most EXPENSIVE store in town. But everyone’s being fooled by “Sale! Best prices in town!”
That’s very funny ๐ others thought it is really sale but it is not, in my case I just buy an item when I know the prize is less than the original prize. Actually even I can’t read (Hangul) or see a word SALE, I know it is because of the prize.
